Steam Treatments
Vaginal Steaming has been used for centuries all over the world as a traditional home remedy and generally for feminine health care. In each session, an individual blend of herbs will be created to fit your personal needs. The dried herbs are selected for their medicinal properties.
This pleasant and relaxing bath can help manage PMS symptoms, uterine cramping, fertility, post-natal; peri and post-menopausal symptoms.
The V-Steams are pH balanced to help the body naturally tone the vaginal and uterine linings in a safe and gentle way. The warm herbal steam nourishes and tones the vaginal and uterine tissues. While improving circulation, the steams alleviate symptoms caused by, or related to, congestion in these tissues – boosting circulation to the pelvis — increasing oxygenation, dilation of blood vessels, and relaxing the pelvic floor muscles that tend to cramp or spasm before or during menstruation.
What is a V Steam Session like?
First, We will talk to determine the mix of herbs used for the steam tailored to your specific needs. I do steam treatments out of my home or I am able to travel to you (a 25-mile radius of Fort Worth, Texas.) You are welcome to use a maxi skirt or a beautiful steam gown (provided). You’ll take your seat on the steam chair and I will check in with you for comfort, bring you tea, and wrap up with a blanket. Once you are cozy and comfortable it is time to savor the steam and relax.
What Does Steaming Feel Like?
Some say it’s like hovering over a humidifier, or steaming your face during facials. Steam sessions last about 30 minutes. They are very relaxing. You’ll get to wear a beautiful steam gown and sip hot herbal tea. You are welcome to meditate, read or even chat while you steam. I will check on you periodically to make sure you are comfy and relaxed.

- you are pregnant before 38 weeks
- after ovulation (if attempts have been made to conceive)
- if you are actively bleeding during your period
- if you have an active infection
- and/or you have active vaginal sores or blisters
