Postpartum Doula Care
Day time postpartum care can include daily Bengkung wrapping, massage, breastfeeding/bonding assistance, cooking, nap time, light housework (4 hour shift)
Overnight postpartum care is sleep care so YOU can get to restorative sleep while your doula is with your baby in the next room. We will work together to come up with a perfect plan for your family that benefits you the most to get you the sleep you need, to be the best parent you can be! (8 hour shift)
**Postpartum contracts must have a minimum of 16 hours
** For all doula services, 1st half will be due as holding at the time of signing and the remainder due at 36 weeks.
